EZ Path 400 Series


Product Description: Resistant to aging and weathering. Rapid Expansion. High Volume of Char. Provides sealing function to restrict the passage of fire, smoke, hot gases, and conditioned air. Easily installable and retrofittable around existing cables. May also be used without cables to provide future expansion. (Blank Openings) No specialty tools required to install. Maintenance Free. Tested and approved cable capacities range from 0% to 100% visual filled. Always 100% of the time a fully functional firestop, even during the process of retrofitting, removing or adding of cable. Smooth edges protect cable jacketing during install. Tamper Resistant. Easily installed into a roughly cut openings, no welded or specialized sleeves required. Vibration resistant.

Marine Firestop Collars (MFC)


Product Description: Marine Firestop Collars (MFC) are factory-manufactured devices designed for use in A0-A60, B0-B30, and H0-H120 Class divisions to protect plastic pipes in marine and offshore construction. The heavy gauge stainless steel shell is lined with a molded, intumescent insert and provided with a marine grade, mild steel flange for attachment to the bulkhead or deck. Applications: Sized to fit common pipe sizes. Applications were tested for common pipes including PVC, PVDF, CPVC, Pb, PE, PE-AL-PE, ABS, GRE, uPVC, Cu and Steel. Performance: Marine Firestop Collars (MFC) are tested according to IMO resolution A.754 (18) and IMO FTP Code, Annex 1, Part 3 for A Rated deck and bulkhead divisions. Product Description: Water-tight, factory-manufactured, intumescent device for use as a penetration seal in fire-rated bulkheads and decks. Applications: Sized to fit common pipe sizes. Applications were tested for common plastic pipes, including PVC, PVDF, CPVC, Pb, PE, PE-AL-PE, ABS and GRE, through pressure rated bulkheads and decks. Tested to IMO A.754 FTP (Class A0-A60, B0-B30, and H0-H120 Bulkheads and Decks) Fits most standard pipe sizes from 16 mm to 324 mm Provides water-tightness up to 4 bar and gas-tightness up to 1 bar Rapid intumescent expansion under fire conditions quickly seals off the path for fire, gases, and smoke Stainless steel body with mild steel flange for weld-attachment Solid design requires pipe to be inserted through the water-tight bushing Flexible intumescent liner accommodates vibration and will not damage pipe

Applications: Sized to fit common pipe sizes. Marine Firestop Putty (MPU)

Product Description: designed to seal small to medium size openings in H60, A0-A60 and B0-B30 Class divisions in marine and offshore construction for pipes and cables. Marine Firestop Putty is a non-hardening, mold ablecompound that can be handpacked into openings for permanent or temporary sealing. This product complies with International Maritime Organization (IMO) standards. Applications: Can be used to form flexible, vibration-resistant seals around pipes and cables in bulkheads and decks. Performance: Marine Firestop Putty (MPU) is tested according to IMO resolution A.754 (18) and IMO FTP Code, Annex 1, Part 3 for A Rated deck and bulkhead divisions. Flexible to accommodate vibration Resistant to aging and weathering Non curing properties to allow for removal and reinstallation, for cable removal or addition. Provides superior sealing.

Product Description: Marine Cable Coating (MCC) is a latex-based coating designed to protect grouped electrical cables against the propagation of fire. When properly installed, this material will limit flame spread along cables and cable trays. STI Marine Cable Coating will adhere well to virtually all cable jacketing materials. Application of material is achieved using airless spray equipment or by brush. The high solids coating will provide exceptional coverage rates. Applications: STI Marine Cable Coating offers protection of grouped electrical, data, or communications cables in cable tray or racked.
